Returns & Refunds

You may return unopened and factory-sealed products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

  • Process: After we receive and inspect the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Payment Method: We can only issue refunds to the original credit card used for the purchase. If you paid via another method (e.g., Interac E-Transfer), you will receive store credit.
  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.
  • Shipping Fees: Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

Exchanges & Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty on devices for quality issues or manufacturing defects. The warranty period begins on the day the item is marked as delivered by the courier.

  • Process: If your product has a quality issue or stops working within 30 days, please contact us. We will provide a return label for you to send the item back for inspection. After our team verifies the issue, we will send you a replacement.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers assume the cost of shipping defective items back to VAPINGOZ. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the customer.

What is covered by our warranty?

  • Device charging port issues
  • Internal battery issues (e.g., turning off when firing)
  • Unit auto-firing or chip malfunctions
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival) products

What is NOT covered by our warranty?

  • Damage caused by improper use, unauthorized repairs, or excessive force (e.g., dropping).
  • Water damage, fire damage, or other physical abuse.
  • Cosmetic issues, such as scratches or finish deterioration.
  • Rattling or sticky buttons that do not affect performance.
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or aging.
  • Pods and disposable vapes (due to their consumable nature, these are final sale unless DOA).
  • Any product that has been modified, as this automatically voids the warranty.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

  • All clearance, sale, or “as is” marked items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Due to their consumable nature, pods and disposables are always final sale unless they are DOA.

Wrong or Missing Items

If we make an error when fulfilling your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will review our packing records and correct any mistakes as quickly as possible. Please retain all original packaging, as we may require photos to process your claim.

Underage Purchases

Every package we ship requires age verification upon delivery. If delivery cannot be completed because age cannot be verified, the package will be returned to us.

Once returned, any final sale items will not be refunded. Any other items will be refunded minus a fifty percent (50%) restocking fee and all shipping charges incurred. This policy is non-negotiable. If you are underage, please do not place an order.
