We at VAPINGOZ are committed to providing a seamless shipping experience. All orders are shipped from our Sydney facility via Australia Post Express.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All in-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day (excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM Sydney time (AEST/AEDT) on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • In the rare event that dispatch takes longer than 2 business days, we will notify you promptly by email.
  • All packages are discreetly packed for your privacy and security.
  • Items that are on backorder will be shipped as soon as they are restocked.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • 1–2 business days to major metropolitan areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra).
  • 2–3 business days to Perth and Hobart.
  • 2–5 business days to regional or remote areas.
  • New Zealand: We use express post for all shipments to New Zealand.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free Express Post shipping on all Australian orders over $149.

Signature Requirement for High-Value Orders

  • To ensure the secure delivery of your order, all orders valued at $250 or more will require a signature upon delivery.

Order Tracking

  • Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking confirmation email from us titled “Your order has shipped!”.
  • You can track your parcel directly on the Australia Post website at auspost.com.au.
  • Please Note: Tracking numbers may be generated during processing, including on weekends or public holidays. However, the carrier will only collect the package for transit on the next available business day.
  • If you do not see any tracking updates for more than 7 business days after dispatch, or if you haven’t received your order within 15 business days, please contact our support team at [email protected].

Carrier Restrictions

  • Please be aware that Australia Post Express does not operate or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • We can only make changes to an order if it has not yet been shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, you will need to return the package to us before a refund can be issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your checkout.
  • We are not responsible for and will not offer reshipments or refunds for orders that are deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Please note that reshipping fees may apply. Any additional costs incurred due to address errors are the responsibility of the customer.
